A comprehensive 21-point inspection of your electric shopping carts ensures that all points are inspected and reported to you prior to repair. The 21-point inspection includes;
Our 21-Point cart inspection includes removing strings and debris from the wheels and other moving surfaces. We will also clean the covers, handles and seating surfaces. A verbal inspection report is provided detailing which parts, if any, should be replaced as well as an estimate for the cost of the repairs.
We stock the common replacement parts on our trucks and in many instances can complete the repairs on-site during the initial service call. If battery replacement is necessary, we will provide you with an on-site estimate. Battery replacement includes charger inspection/testing and battery recycling.
A Regularly-scheduled Preventative Maintenance Program is also available. Consult your friendly OMNI sales representative for additional information or to place a service request.
